David Dickie Howie (?–19 January 1916, Aged 27) was a Scottish rugby union player for and Kirkcaldy RFC.〔Bath, p138〕 He died in the First World War.〔Bath, p109〕 he is buried at the Cairo war Memorial Cemetery. He was a member of the Royal Field Artillery He was capped seven times for between 1912–13.
